Lemon ‘64 is a unique genetic anomaly discovered by our local Argentine lemon harvesters who were found relaxing under the lemon trees snacking on lemons. Our agronomists were fascinated by the harvesters ability to consume fresh lemons without a second thought, considering the extremely high acidity of lemons. 

Further research and discovery showed that the lemons the harvesters were snacking on naturally had much lower acidity levels than regular lemons. Due to the low acidity, Lemon ‘64 is sweeter and less bitter than other lemon essential oils. It is a unique scent profile you don’t want to miss!
